In this leadership role, you’ll mentor engineers, guide technical direction, and remain hands-on with a cutting-edge Node.js stack. You’ll be responsible for enhancing the platform’s critical search functionality — a key business component — as the company transitions from a legacy monolith to a cloud-native microservices architecture, enabling scalable growth and operational efficiency.

You will:
