Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas is seeking a Retail Team Member Production for Store #15 in Watauga, TX. This full-time position involves processing donated and purchased items, pricing, stocking shelves, and maintaining an orderly sales floor to meet production quotas.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service or public-facing experience, basic math, and comfort with POS solutions and pricing systems; strong communication with customers and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a work or educational setting demonstrating the ability to interact positively with the public or team.
• One year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic math; able to read and write.
• Operate POS Solutions Inventory System and grading/pricing system; make pricing decisions based on quality.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Process donated and purchased items for distribution to the sales floor.
• Ensure POS Solutions Inventory System processes are followed according to guidelines and quotas.
• Sort, hang, categorize merchandise for grading and pricing.
• Maintain current production data and batches; apply Kaizen-focused improvements.
• Use material handling equipment to transport items.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; ensure store appearance.
• Open availability preferred (store open 7 days a week, 8 AM–7 PM).
