Responsibilities

• Follow all Goodwill policies and safety procedures.
• Provide a positive donor experience by following established donation steps.
• Cross-train as Barcoder and Processor Trainee for growth.
• Label outgoing pallets accurately and maintain merchandise layout.
• Assist customers with loading furniture and obtain signatures on waivers.
• Support with sale tickets and signage for large items.
• Assist in loading/unloading merchandise from trucks or trailers.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts safely and conduct daily safety checks.
• Report injuries and maintain a hazard-free work area.
• Maintain clean personal appearance and wear uniform.
