Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a Donation Processor/Loader to support donors and keep the donations area organized. You will greet donors, assist with loading furniture, label outgoing containers, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the shop.

The role requires reliable, safety-minded individuals who can work flexible hours, follow PPE requirements, and provide excellent customer service while following Goodwill policies.

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
Ability to lift and assist with loading furniture or large items.
Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

Accepts all donations from customers and provides a positive customer experience.
Greet donors and acknowledge those waiting.
Assist with loading furniture or other items.
Label outgoing gaylords and maintain merchandise organization.
Operate pallet jack and forklift safely as trained.
Follow safety rules and report hazards promptly.
Maintain clean work areas and professional appearance.
