Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides a positive experience.
• Cross-trains as Barcoder and Processor Trainee for growth.
• Label outgoing gaylords correctly.
• Maintain merchandise placement and organized production room.
• Sort donations into correct categories as directed.
• Assist customers with loading furniture or large items.
• Obtain customer signature on furniture purchase waivers.
• Assist with sale tickets and sold signs for furniture and big items.
• Assist in loading/unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers.
• Operate pallet jack and forklifts safely.
• Conduct daily safety inspections on equipment.
• Report injuries to store manager and address hazards.
• Maintain a clean, neat personal appearance and wear uniform.
• Support other store areas as needed.
