Responsibilities

• Presort donations into textiles, hardlines, and trash categories.
• Move items between workstations and manage workflow.
• Receive donations from donors and provide receipts.
• Maintain daily donation records and stock levels.
• Pack seasonal items; label containers and prepare shipments.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; follow safety procedures.
• Assist with routing decisions and production goals as needed.
• Provide professional customer service and communicate donation policies.
