Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in data entry, administrative support, or customer service roles.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
• Experience working in a nonprofit or charitable organization.
• Familiarity with donor management software or CRM systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming donations, including monetary gifts, goods, and services, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Maintain detailed records of donation transactions in the organization’s database, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate with donors to acknowledge receipt of donations and provide necessary information or assistance.
• Coordinate with finance and program teams to ensure donations are allocated appropriately and in accordance with donor intent.
• Assist in preparing reports related to donation activities for internal use and external compliance requirements.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to donation processing in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline donation processing workflows and enhance donor experience.
