Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and sort donated goods, assist with processing, and support daily store operations. You will help move items with a hand truck, keep work areas clean, and provide friendly service to donors and customers on site in San Antonio.

Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience, be able to lift and move items, and work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift and move materials throughout the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers by greeting and assisting at the donation station.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck onto or from pallets, racks or shelves.
• Supply Team Members with materials and restock supplies as needed.
• Sort, price and organize donated items and monitor production levels.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Follow Loss Prevention and inventory control procedures and report any safety concerns.
