Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and assist in processing donations for shipping or storage. You will handle pricing, tagging, and restocking while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting of some heavy objects may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers by greeting and accepting donations.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck to maintain workflow.
• Supply teammates with materials and restock supplies as needed.
• Sort and price donated items and keep production and sales areas clean and organized.
• Adhere to loss prevention and inventory control procedures.
