Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift and move continuously through the day.
• Two-person lifting may be required for heavy objects.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork to meet mission goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers at donation stations.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck.
• Restock supplies and assist in achieving production flow.
• Sort and price donated items, tag and rotate merchandise per guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and report safety hazards.
