Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year minimum experience in retail customer service oriented environment.
• Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve mission goals.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting donors and customers at donation station and issuing donor receipts.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck to maintain workflow.
• Restock supplies and assist in keeping work areas clean and organized.
• Sort and price donated items and assist with tagging and shelving per guidelines.
• Maintain safety, report hazards, and adhere to loss prevention procedures.
• Demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.
