Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Part-Time Production Associate to support donation handling, sorting, and retail operations at our Evans location in San Antonio, TX. The role involves customer interaction, moving donated goods with a hand truck, and ensuring tidy, safe work areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including bending, lifting, and moving items.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance if the position requires driving.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation station and issue receipts.
• Sort and handle donated goods and load/unload items using hand truck.
• Restock supplies and assist in maintaining clean, organized work areas.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and inventory procedures and report hazards.
