Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to help meet daily production goals by processing donations, sorting merchandise, replenishing stock, and preparing items for sale. You will greet guests and donors and assist with donation intake as needed.

This role requires the ability to work with people of diverse abilities, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks safely. We emphasize teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to nonprofit values.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Processing donations.
• Sorting and preparing merchandise for sale.
• Replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
• Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-trained and assists in all aspects of production.
