Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a Central Processor at 5100 Tice Street, Fort Myers, FL. This full-time, hourly role involves receiving, recording, and sorting donated goods using the Kaizen processing system, meeting production goals, and supporting process improvements.

The position requires ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and cross-train in multiple areas of production. Benefits include health coverage and retirement planning; salary is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to listen to and follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures when needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and sort donations using Kaizen system.
• Meet/exceed production goals by processing merchandise.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized workstations.
• Cross-train to support other production roles.
