Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. in Billings, MT is seeking a Production Associate to handle donations, sort merchandise, and prepare items for sale. This role also involves greeting guests and donors and assisting at the donation door as needed.

You will be cross-trained and support multiple production tasks, including restocking and organizing merchandise, in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• A background check is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor.
• Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
• Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned.
• Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.
