Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to help process donations, sort and prepare merchandise for sale, and replenish stock. You will greet guests and donors and support donation door duties as needed.

The role requires cross-training to assist in all production areas as directed. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and move as required by the job. A background check is required for all positions.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires tolerance to extreme temperature and humidity.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process donations according to established best practices.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale; replenish stock.
• Greet and assist guests and donors; assist with donation door duties as needed.
• Be cross-trained to support all aspects of production as directed.
