Job summary

The Production Associate at Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain, Inc. performs duties per established Best Practices and helps meet daily production goals by processing donations, sorting, and preparing merchandise for sale.

You will greet guests and donors, assist with accepting donations at the donation door, and be cross-trained to support all production tasks as needed in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for entire shift.
• Able to use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Must be able to tolerate extreme temperature and humidity changes.
• Background check required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and sort/prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock and remove merchandise from sales floor.
• Greet and assist guests and donors.
• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.
• Cross-train and assist in all production aspects as directed.
