Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Merchandise Processor to assist in processing donations and supporting daily operations. The role focuses on sorting, pricing, tagging, stocking and rotating products to meet store goals. You will contribute to customer service and help ensure safe, efficient in-store processes.

The position emphasizes flexibility, teamwork and adherence to production standards in an open warehouse environment, with opportunities to assist in Ecommerce and events as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older due to labor laws.
• No formal education required.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Good customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Process textile and household donations, including sorting, pricing, tagging and stocking.
• Move products to the sales floor to meet production goals.
• Organize, recover and rotate the sales floor as needed.
• Track daily production and report to supervisor.
• Support Ecommerce item selection and in-store operations.
• Maintain workplace safety and adhere to policies.
