Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont is hiring for a role that greets donors, unloads donations, and provides receipts. You will sort and price merchandise, move items to the sales floor, and maintain cleanliness while following safety guidelines. Physical tasks require lifting and standing.

Training is provided and teamwork is essential. The position offers indoor and outdoor work with a starting pay of $15/hour, annual raises, bonuses, and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts.
• Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines.
• Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift.
• Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval.
• Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management.
• Support the team with additional duties as needed.
