Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Donation Attendant to help maximize store profitability through excellent donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling.

You will contribute to building skills and changing lives in our communities. Entry‑level position with safety emphasis; responsibilities include greeting donors, issuing receipts, moving donations, and assisting with throughput while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• No experience required
• Must be 18+ to operate power equipment

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts
• Support product flow by moving donations and keeping merchandise flowing to sales floor
• Assist production team and supplies
• Price items using good/better/best approach
• Unload furniture safely and place into store
• Interact professionally with coworkers, shoppers, and donors
• Maintain accurate donation counts and receipts
• Use both non-powered and powered equipment for moving containers
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers safely
• Maintain safe, clean work environment following 5S and safety guidelines
• Uphold company core values
