Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability through excellent donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling. The role supports community programs and helps donors have a positive experience.

The position requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs, operate non-powered and powered equipment (age 18+), and work in all weather conditions. No prior experience is necessary, and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old and over).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts and assistance for donations.
• Move donations to appropriate areas to keep merchandise flowing to the sales floor.
• Assist with loading/unloading and safe handling of donations, including furniture; use 5S and safety guidelines.
