Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is hiring a Donation Attendant in Verona, WI. You will greet donors, provide receipts, and invite future donations while helping with donation processing and merchandise flow to the sales floor.

The role includes safe handling of donations and maintaining accurate donation records throughout the shift. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and a positive donor experience, with physical work including lifting up to 40 lbs and working in all weather

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old).
• No experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, hand out receipts, and thank them, inviting future donations.
• Support by moving donations and ensuring merchandise flows to the sales floor.
• Assist with loading/unloading and use equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Maintain donation counts and accurate records throughout the shift.
