Job summary

Goodwill of Greater Washington- is seeking a retail leadership professional to oversee Donation Express operations, both brick-and-mortar and mobile sites. You will supervise staff, ensure smooth donor processing, and maintain high service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong customer service, and solid communication skills, with willingness to work weekends/holidays and handle donor interactions and safety procedures. Benefits are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some supervisory exposure.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with internal documents.

Responsibilities

• Directs Donation Express operations at brick-and-mortar or mobile sites.
• Ensures smooth donation process and professional communication.
• Receives donors, issues receipts, and sorts donations into categories.
• Enforces safety, security, and interview/evaluation procedures.
• Assists in staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Works weekends and holidays as needed to support the business.
