Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Donation Express Attendant at our Bellevue, TN location. The role focuses on consistently acquiring donations, greeting donors promptly, and providing receipts with a friendly, helpful attitude.

You will sort, pack, and secure donations, maintain cleanliness, and assist at the DEC as part of a busy, people-facing team. Ideal candidates are able to lift over 50 lbs, communicate effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; good communication and basic math skills needed.
• Ability to lift/carry over 50 lbs and move heavy donations.
• A demonstrable level of hospitality and professional conduct with donors.
• Able to work independently and meet daily donation targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a constructive team attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide receipts with a high level of courtesy.
• Unload donations and sort into proper receptacles.
• Maintain a clean, organized donation center workspace.
• Record donation details and assist with daily donation summaries.
• Communicate center activity and donor counts to supervisors.
• Help with transportation sweeps and trailer exchanges when needed.

## Donation Express AttendantApply: Bellevue, TN: Posted Today: 18196**Job Location**Bellevue DEC**Job Summary:**The Donation Express Attendant will provide for the most consistent daily acquisition of donations at the Donation Express Centers. To represent Goodwill's commitment to hospitality by assisting donors in a prompt, friendly manner when unloading their donations and providing receipts. To safeguard donations by sorting and packing them in proper receptacles in the donation center.
