Responsibilities

• Greet donors warmly and assist with unloading donations when needed.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and price donated items for resale.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Keep the donation area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Accurately document donation intake and report discrepancies to management.
• Uphold Kaizen standards by improving efficiency and workflow.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support store operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
