Responsibilities

• Receive donations through drive-thru donation receiving.
• Sort donations into clothing, wares, salvage, and trash.
• Manage logistics: swap full trays, label properly.
• Price and evaluate incoming donations; identify items with ecommerce potential.
• Differentiate sellable clothing from salvage and linens; ticket and hang clothing.
• Meet production goal of 100 items per rack while maintaining quality.
• Pull clothing boxes, refill hangers, and organize racks by floor categories.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in all areas.
