Job summary

Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is hiring a Donation Attendant to deliver donor service, process donations, and help maintain store operations. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and ensure accurate records while assisting with sorting and moving items to the sales floor.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs, operate basic material handling equipment, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18+).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, provide receipts, and handle donations professionally.
• Assist with sorting and pricing to keep product flow smooth.
• Unload furniture safely and move materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate donation counts and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate non-powered and powered equipment safely.
