Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Donation Attendant to maximize store profitability by delivering donor service, accurate donation records, and efficient material handling. The role supports a positive community impact through everyday tasks and adheres to 5S and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, issuing receipts, moving donations and salvage, pricing product with a simple method, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old and over)
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, issue receipts, and guide them through the donation process
• Move donations and related materials to keep product flow efficient
• Safely unload furniture and place it for processing
• Assist with loading/unloading trailers and maintain a clean, safe work area
• Interact with coworkers, shoppers, and donors in a professional manner
• Maintain donation counts and accurate records
