Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a team-oriented associate to greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and operate power equipment in a warehouse/backroom setting in Wisconsin. You will maintain accurate donation counts, load and unload trailers, and sort items for transport.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in unloading donations from vehicles.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Safely loads/unloads trailers and operates pallet jack and other equipment.
• Keeps backroom clean, organized, and stocked; assists with cleaning tasks.
• Sorts donations into correct categories and labels pallets for transport.
• Works with team to meet daily goals and safety standards.
