Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland and East Central Ohio, Inc. is seeking an Attended Donation Center Trainer to develop and coach ADC team members across sites.

Under the Transportation and ADC Manager, you will ensure a prompt, friendly donor experience, accurate donation counts, and compliance with safety and image standards. This role emphasizes hands-on training, on-the-job coaching, and regular inspections, with responsibilities ranging from opening/closing ADCs to reporting

• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team leaders, team members, customers, donors, and trainees.
• Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Ability to problem solve and make decisions independently as required.

• Ability to effectively use computer applications, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and other applications as determined appropriate by Goodwill.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches ADC team members.
• Ensures a prompt, friendly donor experience.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Opens and closes an ADC as required and reports absences.
• Adheres to safety and security practices and training procedures.
• Participates in site inspections, training, and performance feedback.
