Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio is seeking an Attended Donation Center Attendant in Willoughby, OH. You will greet donors, issue receipts, and help keep the donation center running to agency standards. This is an hourly, full-time role with benefits and paid time off.

The position emphasizes friendly donor service, accurate counting, safety, and teamwork with the Transportation group. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Good people skills required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open the ADC each day on a regular schedule and secure it at the end of the day.
• Greet donors promptly and courteously, unload donations from vehicles, and keep accurate daily counts.
• Hand every donor a receipt and end every interaction with You changed a life today, Thank you!
• Break down donations into categories.
• Keep the drive-through and ADC site clean and up to image standards.
• Order and maintain supplies, and keep them secure.
• Tell your supervisor about large items that can't be stored at the ADC so a truck can pick them up.
• Help the Transportation team with equipment deliveries and pickups when possible.
• Attend in-service training as assigned.
• Follow all safety policies.
