Goodwill Industries of Southern NJ and Philadelphia is seeking a dependable Donations Center Associate to process donations, assist customers, and maintain a clean, safe work area in Brick Township, NJ. You will cross-train as a Barcoder and Processor Trainee to support growth and productivity, label outgoing items, and help with loading large items.

The role requires strong safety awareness, excellent communication in English, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide a positive donation experience.
• Cross-train as Barcoder and Processor Trainee to support growth and productivity.
• Label outgoing gaylords accurately and maintain donation area organization.
• Assist customers with loading furniture and large items.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift safely and follow daily safety checks.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free work areas and report injuries promptly.
• Wear PPE and a neat uniform; adhere to dress code and safety rules.
• Support other store areas as needed and keep records of waivers for large items.
