Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking an on-site team member at Lake Havasu City to lead an exceptional customer and brand experience while processing donations and supporting sales operations.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to pass forklift certification, English proficiency, and willingness to work with the store team in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Labeling Gaylords correctly.
• Ensure a receipt is offered to each donor.
• Inquires about hazardous donations and provides disposal guidance.
• Writes up sales tickets and signs for furniture and large items.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and items.
