Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour. You will process donated merchandise, price and tag items, and help create an engaging customer and brand experience while supporting sales goals.

The role requires capable English communication, physical stamina, and adherence to safety standards. The work environment is fast-paced and you will be part of a team dedicated to community impact and core Goodwill values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting quotas.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation following floorwork standards.
• Stocks merchandise in assigned areas and ensures safety rules are followed.
• Lifts, bends, pushes, and handles objects in a fast-paced environment.
• Alerts leadership to hazards and unsafe materials.
