Job summary

Goodwill South Florida Sunrise store is seeking a part-time Retail Associate. The role focuses on customer service, sales, cashiering, stocking, sorting, inventory management, sizing, color coordination, and cleaning within a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, processing donations, sorting merchandise, handling cash and card transactions, maintaining store appearance, and assisting customers. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience a plus.
• 6 months of related experience or training is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer service skills; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, accept and unload donated items, and thank donors.
• Sort, separate, and hang clothing and household items.
• Test, clean, and mark small appliances, housewares, shoes, and other merchandise.
• Conduct sales transactions and manage cash/card payments following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, floors, shelves, and fixtures; report maintenance needs.
• Assist customers with pricing, fitting rooms, and store operations; support sales.
