Job summary

GOODWILL SOUTH FLORIDA TEP LLC is seeking a retail associate to support donation processing, merchandising, and sales in a Florida store. Responsibilities include greeting donors, unloading donations, sorting and tagging items, and assisting customers during checkout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Experience handling cashiering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive donations: greet donors and log items.
• Process merchandise: sort, hang, and prepare items for sale.
• Conduct sales transactions and manage cash/credit handling.
• Clean store areas including bathrooms, floors, shelves, and fixtures.
• Assist customers and explain store operations to support sales.
