Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent and related experience and/or training is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with basic computer skills and ability to learn new software skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to ensure safety and protection of customers and assets.
• Fulfill production functions and assist with donation processing.
• Sort Softline items and price merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort and process Hardline items and price accordingly.
• Assist with quality pulls and stock merchandise on sales floor.
• Safely load/unload trucks, tag furniture and larger items for sale.
• Perform housekeeping to keep work area neat and organized.
• Strive for maximum customer satisfaction and cooperate with colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
