Goodwill Industries of San Diego County in Encinitas is seeking a Donation Attendant to accept donations at standalone or storefront centers and provide excellent donor service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months to one year customer service experience preferred.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes assigned donation center site as scheduled.
• Accepts donations and provides excellent donor service.
• Keeps the site clean and organized, sweeps perimeter and arranges donations.
• Completes daily administrative tasks, including donor counts and receipts.
• Safeguards donations and property, communicates needs to supervisors.
• Loads donations into bins and aids with truck loading as needed.
• Trains on-site attendants and performs bag checks as required.
