Qualifications

• Six months to one year of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes assigned donation center site as scheduled.
• Accepts donations per guidelines and provides excellent donor service.
• Keeps the site clean and organized; maintains donation trailers and surrounds.
• Completes daily administrative tasks, donor counts, and tally sheets.
• Safeguards donations and property; reports safety concerns to supervisor.
• Loads donations into bins and assists with truck loading as needed.
