Qualifications

• No formal education is required.
• One year of experience working with the public is desired.
• Knowledge of donation handling policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt service to donors and issue donation receipts.
• Greet donors and handle donated items with care and gratitude.
• Ensure site is open/close on schedule and maintain attendance.
• Decline donations per policy for non-acceptable items when necessary.
• Sort and secure donations; record daily donations accurately.
