Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an entry-level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced thrift environment. You will assist in unloading donations, sort items by category, and keep donation areas clean both inside and out while working toward daily goals and following ESGW Best Practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying.
• Must be able to move 20-100 pounds with or without assistance.
• Must tolerate extreme temperature and humidity conditions.
• Must be able to move independently within the facility.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Background check required; past convictions do not automatically bar employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment with top-notch service.
• Assist in unloading donor vehicles and sorting donations into proper categories.
• Keep donation areas clean and well-organized inside and out.
• Strive to meet daily goals and follow ESGW Best Practices.
• Contribute to a supportive and efficient donation center operations.
