Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking an entry-level Donation Door Attendant in Idaho Falls to greet donors and provide excellent service. You will assist in unloading vehicles and sorting donations while keeping donation areas clean and organized.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to move 20–100 pounds, work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and pass a background check. ESGW offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for full shift.
• Must be able to move 20–100 pounds by lifting or with assistance.
• Must tolerate extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Ability to move independently within the facility.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles with donations.
• Sort donations into proper containers by category.
• Clean donation areas inside and outside.
• Help meet daily goals and follow ESGW Best Practices.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed.
