Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill welcomes donors with friendly service in a fast-paced setting. The Donation Door Attendant helps unload donations, sorts items by category, and keeps donation areas clean. You will strive to meet daily goals and support all aspects of operations per ESGW Best Practices.

This entry-level role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. A background check is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, and carry for full shift.
• Able to move 20–100 pounds by lifting or with assistance.
• Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Move independently within the facility and community.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading donations from vehicles.
• Sort donations into proper containers by category.
• Maintain cleanliness of donation areas inside and outside.
• Strive to meet daily goals and follow ESGW Best Practices.
• Assist in all operations as directed.
