Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking an Entry Level Donation Door Attendant to greet donors and support daily donation processing in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting items, and maintaining clean donation areas while helping meet daily goals. The role requires standing, lifting, and flexibility with hours. ESGW values diversity and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires moving 20–100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in unloading vehicles of donations and sort into proper containers by category.
• Maintain cleanliness of donation areas inside and outside; strive to meet daily goals.
• Assist in all aspects of operations as directed by supervisors.
