Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill is seeking a Donation Door Attendant to greet and assist donors in a fast-paced environment. You will unload donations from vehicles, sort items by category, and maintain clean donation areas inside and out.

The role emphasizes meeting daily goals and supporting all ESGW operations as directed. The position requires physical stamina, ability to lift 20–100 pounds, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires use of hands for grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
• Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• All positions require the completion of a background check.
