Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Backroom Associate in Green Bay, WI. You will greet donors, unload donations, and maintain accurate counts while keeping a clean, organized backroom. You will sort items into correct categories and assist with preparing materials for transport.

The role requires reliable attendance, English fluency, basic math, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Prior power equipment experience and computer familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Experience operating power equipment preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors and unloads donations from vehicles.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Keeps work area clean, safe and organized.
• Sorts donations into correct categories.
• Replaces and labels full gaylords and assists with building/breaking them down for transport.
