Job summary

Goodwill North Central Wisconsin is seeking a team member to greet donors, unload donations, and maintain accurate counts in a backroom/warehouse setting. You will operate power equipment, sort items, and prepare shipments while ensuring safety and organization.

Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends is required. The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and reliability, with duties including daily counts, equipment operation, and assisting with transport

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
• Excellent communication and customer service with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; comfortable using computers.
• Experience operating power equipment preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Reliable transportation; able to work holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Willingness to learn new computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors; unload donations from vehicles.
• Maintain accurate daily counts of donations.
• Safely load/unload trailers.
• Operate power equipment as listed.
• Keep backroom clean, safe, and organized; complete checklists.
• Sort donations into correct categories.
• Replace and label full gaylords; prepare for transport.
• Follow proper operation of pallet jack and compactor (where trained).
• Other duties as assigned.
