Goodwill NCW in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse/Donation Center team member to greet donors, unload donations, and maintain organized backroom operations. You will operate power equipment and ensure accurate donation counts while contributing to a clean, safe work environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, with reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, and weekends. Prior experience with pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization under time constraints.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; basic math skills.
• Experience with computers or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Greets and assists donors and unloads donations from vehicles.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Safely loads/unloads trailers.
• Operates power equipment (stacker, forklift, pallet jack, compactor).
• Maintains clean, safe backroom and assists with cleaning tasks.
• Sorts donations into correct categories and labels full gaylords.
• Replaces and labels full gaylords; prepares them for transport.
• Adheres to proper operation of pallet jack and compactor.
