Job summary

Goodwill NCW in Appleton, Wisconsin is seeking a Donations Processor/warehouse associate to greet donors, unload donations, and help maintain a clean and organized backroom. You will count donations, sort items, and prepare transports while following safety procedures.

You'll work in a fast-paced retail backroom environment with frequent donor contact, lifting up to 25 pounds and operating basic power equipment as needed. Reliability, English fluency, and a can-do attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Experience operating power equipment preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with computers or willingness and ability to learn.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a prompt and friendly manner to unload donations from vehicles and use lift as needed.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Sorts donations into correct categories.
• Replaces and labels full gaylords, assists with building/breaking them down, and prepares them for transport.
