Responsibilities

• Greets and assists donors in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Safely unloads donations from vehicles and uses team lifts as needed.
• Maintains accurate daily counts of donations.
• Loads/unloads trailers and operates power equipment.
• Keeps backroom clean and organized and completes checklists.
• Sorts donations into correct categories and prepares them for transport.
• Adheres to safety procedures when using pallet jack and equipment.
